    • Took initiative to set up a three part lunch and learn series for power tools packaging after a team re-org. Co-led sessions with another designer

  • June 2016 – May 2018
    Chicago, IL

    • Worked nationwide with Diageo, a global leader in the alcohol beverage industry and the Diageo Beer Company, to produce print/digital collateral for bars and restaurants while maintaining branding guidelines

    • Followed style guidelines across multiple brands, including: Ketel One, Captain Morgan, Crown Royal, Smirnoff, Johnnie Walker and Guinness

    • Created designs that met client expectations under tight hourly and daily deadlines, while adhering to industry regulations and legal requirements

    • Collaborated with the digital team to design, layout and update e-Blasts, social media posts and eBrochures

    • Participated in weekly team critiques to develop new ideas and solutions, while receiving constructive feedback

    • Co-led a Captain Morgan lunch and learn with my associate creative director to inform all Chicago and on-site designers about new branding guidelines
